How to Make Melted Crayon Art

Looking for Something Different - Why Not Try Melted Crayon Art

It is easy, it is individual and it is fun.

This is great fun art idea for older children - even boys will love it.

So what do you need and how do you do it.
■ First arrange your crayons in the design you want e.g. if you were going to make a rainbow your would sort them in colour sequence.
■ Next tape your crayons to your canvas.
■ Slant the crayons so the wax drips downwards.
■ Now comes the fun part. Use a hairdry to blow on the crayons and watch them melt
■ Let your artwork dry
■ Add details as desired with paint and a paint brush
■ Show off your masterpiece
